Since the introduction of the first BMW voice assistant in 2018, voice interaction has become an increasingly important part of BMW iDrive.
The new BMW voice assistant will work in cooperation with Alexa, giving customers the benefits of an intelligent, vehicle and service expert assistant, while Alexa provides the familiar experience that many customers already use today.
The first vehicles equipped with the new generation of the voice assistant from BMW will be launched in the next two years.
