Claro users complain about carrier signal interference in São Paulo | Technology

From 10 a.m., the number of reports began to drop.

The operator said in a note that “customers in some areas of São Paulo may have experienced difficulties accessing mobile services.” He also reported that “technical teams worked quickly and services were restored”.

Complaints have also been registered in other cities such as Curitiba, Recife and Porto Alegre. About these cases, the company said that “these may be specific issues that these users are facing”.
