The Prophecy group announces that it will take control of the integrator specializing in securing the information system Harmonie Technologie to form a new reference player in the field of Cybersecurity, realizing more than 60 million euros in turnover business with a workforce of 500 people.

With 350 employees having made 32.3 million euros in 2021, Prophecy made a name for itself last October by raising €15 million in funds aimed in particular at accelerating the development of its SaaS platform focused on Seela cybertraining. In the process, Prophecy had bought the company OpenCyber specialized in audit and pentest services. A €5 million activity which complemented the architecture and integration of cybersecurity solutions activity of its historical entity Silicom (€21.8 million in turnover in 2021).

For its part, Harmonie Technologie is positioned as a specialist in digital identity – with partners such as Cyberark, Wallix, Sailpoint or Saviynt – and compliance & risk management. Company of 150 people having made 25 M€ in 2021, Harmonie was itself in the process of developing a platform approach on prevention (user awareness) and on the diagnostics and audits part. Activities which, here again, complement each other perfectly with the group’s existing activities.

For the Parisian Harmonie, this merger is an opportunity to accelerate its growth, particularly in the regions, Silicom being established in Rennes, Brest, Lorient, Toulouse, Toulon, Aix, Sophia Antipolis, Lyon and Grenoble.

The shareholders and management of Harmonie Technologie are stakeholders in the project. It is expected that the founders David Sportes and Xavier de Korsak (on the right in the photo) will take a stake in the group alongside Arthur Bataille, its chairman and majority shareholder (on the left). Together, they plan to jointly orchestrate its development.
