Esri and ROSHN join forces to bring geospatial technology to Saudi real estate development

Agreement will enable Saudi Arabia to leverage GIS solutions to strengthen AEC industry planning and operations

REDLANDS, California, October 10, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ROSHN, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s national real estate developer, backed by the country’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), is supporting the government’s efforts to increase homeownership rates property and to provide a high quality standard of living. The agreement will allow ROSHN to adopt Esri’s suite of Geographic Information System (GIS) products and solutions to enhance the planning and development of 200 million square meters of sustainable neighborhoods across Saudi Arabia .
