Rather than wait until 2023 to start its Alpine A110 GT4 Evo in competition, Chazel Technologie Course preferred to opt for the final of the French GT Championship which will take place in a week at Paul Ricard.
“It’s a brand new project for us”confided Louis Chazel to Endurance-Info. “It’s also the logical continuation of our commitments with Alpine and Signatech in the Cup and R-GT. Driving at Paul Ricard allows us to take a first step in the championship. We arrive with a little apprehension even if the SRO environment is familiar to us since our presence in TC France. The team had wanted this challenge for a while. »
Jean-Paul Dominici and Fabien Boeri will share the wheel of the Alpine in the Var. The tandem will ride in the Am class. Both drivers are familiar with the Alpine Europa Cup.
This will be the first time that an Evo version of the Alpine A110 GT4 will race on the national stage in FFSA GT.
Chazel Technologie Course’s 2023 program is not yet known but we are heading towards a two-car commitment on a single program that could go through the GT4 European Series. The team managed by Louis Chazel will continue in parallel in the Alpine Europa Cup championship.
