CERN woos students in science, math and technology
The research laboratory is launching a free educational program to appeal to 14-19 year olds, including a one-week immersion camp.

Thirty young people will be selected on file each year for three years to participate in a one-week camp.

For teenagers interested in science, mathematics, engineering or technology. CERN is launching a educational program completely free. It will be deployed for three years, partly online through videos, and partly on-site through three week-long camps. Objective? Stimulate the interest of young people around the world, “in order to encourage them to pursue a career in these disciplines”.
