– “Our technology can replace 83% of Russian gas in Switzerland”
Using waste to produce gas and fertilisers: based on research carried out at EPFL and the Paul Scherrer Institute, the Vaud startup TreaTech has developed an innovative solution that would make it possible to recover materials destined for incineration.
Reducing greenhouse gas emissions, producing fertilizers and renewable gas, combating soil pollution… while recovering waste and at a lower cost than current processes, this is the solution developed by a young company from Vaud, TreaTech. Its founder and CEO, Frédéric Juillard, explains the potential of its technology.
